Deliveries and Returns
We will take care of organizing the collection of the product you wish to return.
You just have to:
- send an email at email@example.com where:
- specify the order number
- confirm the address and method of collection (at a collection point or courier collection at the selected address)
- indicate the reason for the return
- in case of collection of the courier at home, write the time slot in which you want the courier to pick up the package (9-13 or 14-18) and the day best for you
- be sure to put away the intact goods, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts and well protected to avoid damage during transport
- make sure the your package is ready and that someone is present at the address you specified to deliver the package to the courier. If you are returning to a collection point, go to the nearest collection point in person and deliver your package. .
If the goods satisfy the above, moblì will refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal within a maximum period of 14 days, excluding any shipping costs and duties.
moblì will refund using the same payment method chosen by the buyer during the purchase. In the case of payment made by bank transfer, and if the buyer intends to exercise his right of withdrawal, he must provide the IBAN for making the refund.
